Welcome to D’LIGHT for Life Consulting & Coaching

As a Certified Coach and Business Consultant, I serve busy, go-getting women who are taking care of everyone and everything in the business of life. They are caught in a never-ending cycle of overachieving, over-giving, and overextending themselves mentally, emotionally, physically, and even financially. They feel undervalued, under water, and under the weather!

I help these conscientious, caring souls learn to nurture themselves as well as they nurture everyone else. I guide them in turning toward self-loving practices so they can relax, reconnect with their own natural rhythms, and reclaim their D’LIGHT for life! With my signature coaching program, my clients return to a state of harmony and receive clarity on what THEY want out of life.

I hold an easy and pleasurable space for women who have been over-giving and over-serving to turn toward self-loving and self-care practices.  Through a variety of rituals using the elements of nature, I guide and lead my clients into various ways to find relaxation and gently re-establish the connections that bring health, healing, peace, purpose, and a profound sense of overall wellbeing.
